Manufacturing date + grace
The default. Warranty always has a start date, even if nobody registers the unit.
Tagvion covers what happens after a unit leaves your factory: identity, delivery, warranty, service and maintenance. Production, stock and billing stay in the systems you already use.
Organise your range as Category › Series › Item. Every asset is created from an item and inherits its warranty months, documents and specs, so nothing is typed twice.
Labels are landscape and show your logo and name, the asset code or serial, and the fields you choose: model, customer, warranty end, support phone, scan link. Sizes: 100×50 mm (default), 75×38 mm and 50×25 mm.
Set a company default once in Setup. Override it on any customer. Each override is labelled “Custom” so you always know why a unit is covered.
The default. Warranty always has a start date, even if nobody registers the unit.
Starts when you deliver to the customer or dealer, with the PO or invoice reference recorded.
For projects. Set when commissioning is signed off on site.
Buyers scan, register with an invoice photo and get warranty from the invoice date, capped so it never runs past your maximum. Registration is optional.
Flags a serial claimed twice, an invoice dated before delivery to the dealer, or a very late claim. Approve automatically or review each one.
Tickets come from a scan, a phone call or your team. Each one is linked to the asset, knows its warranty, and runs against your SLA.
Your own priorities with response and resolution hours, overridable per customer. Time left or breached on every ticket.
Assign by hand or automatically by area, pincode and workload.
Technicians check in and out on site. Customers see “on the way” and “checked in” on their tracking link.
Build checklists per category or series. Technicians fill them on the visit.
The customer signs on the phone. A PDF report is emailed to them automatically.
Customers confirm the fix, rate the visit, or reopen the ticket if the fault comes back.
The technician app walks each visit step by step, with one big button on every screen. New technicians get it right on day one, and nothing gets skipped: no checklist, no signature, no closed visit.
Annual maintenance contracts with preventive maintenance schedules, visit reminders and expiry alerts. Tickets on covered units are marked “Covered – AMC” automatically.
Mark a customer as a dealer or distributor and give them a login. They see units delivered to them and which were sold or registered. Choose whether the dealer or you is the service contact.
A guided checklist with sensible defaults: logo and colours, numbering formats, label template, SLA hours, checklists, warranty rule and email sender. Nothing is hard-coded.
Customers and technicians get updates by email out of the box. Add your own WhatsApp provider in Setup to switch it on; email stays the fallback.
We’ll load a few of your items, print a label and raise a ticket together.
