What happens when the trial ends?

Do my customers need an account to scan?
No. Anyone can scan a label and raise a request without an account.
Do I need WhatsApp or SMS?
No. Email works out of the box. WhatsApp is optional and uses your own provider account when you switch it on.
Can you move our data from another system?
Yes. Send us your asset, customer and service lists and we’ll import them with a reconciliation report showing every count matches.
